As head chef, I lead a crew of ten with whom I have set myself the goal of creating excellent dishes that honor our homeland and are new and exciting at the same time. We place great value on good cooperation, constant learning and mutual respect.

We use local produce because it is not only fresh and delicious, but also good for the environment. We are always striving to develop new recipes to delight our guests, while retaining the popular, traditional dishes.
